CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes we all need to cancel for what ever reason and this is completely fine.

Massage/Facials

24 hours notice is needed to cancel a massage or facial and absolutely no charge will be given. Anything less than this may incur a charge unless re-scheduled. Whatever the situation please just get in touch to let me know.

Yoga online

If you decide you cannot actually make it and you have already booked on, as long as you let me know before class starts then that is fine. There will be recordings available for you to use if you want or you can use the pass purchased for another session.

Yoga workshops/retreats days

If you have already booked on and you cannot attend, please notify at least 48 hours prior to the event to enable the space to be offered to someone else. A full refund will be given, anything after this a refund may incur a charge.
